Quick post about my 2023 projects for Good Jobs First (after these logos and this report), which were both fast and furious print layout rush jobs.
In April, I designed the “Conspiring Against Competition: Illegal Corporate Price-Fixing in the U.S. Economy” report on a Thursday/Friday, made corrections Saturday, and set a personal land-speed record for creating a 30-page research report, thanks to 18 years of publication design experience under my belt.
In November, I designed the (as-yet-unreleased) “Care At Risk: Upheaval in the Nursing Home Industry” report in the weeks straddling Thanksgiving. It was half as long, so took roughly half the time.
