As with the 2024 edition, here’s a quickie to note that I made more updated to this blog’s Baseball tag, namely the DuBois Baseball Tour post from back in 2016 (updated to include our massive 2025 triple-play of Dallas in April, then Cleveland/Pittsburgh in July), our post-quarantine list of all games attended (mostly in San Diego, but also including the above three Tour posts), and (just as in 2024 but inexplicably omitted in that post) the Tour Errata notes for a few collegiate-level games in June.

Texas was surprisingly pleasant in April (the roof was open!), while NE Ohio and Western PA were predictably hot and sticky in late summer. The collegiate games were local SoCal day trips (the SB Foresters and Conejo Oaks respectively) and thus infinitely more tolerable weather-wise. But in the rearview mirror everything was great. Baseball’s baseball, as the wise often say.

Check out the links for full details on our now two-decades long stadium tour (20 of 30 in the books!). As for 2026, the big MLB tour will most likely be hiatusing—perhaps a risky thing with a possible lockout in 2027—but that doesn’t mean we won’t still try to go to a bunch of games at multiple levels up and down the state if the stars align. Stay tuned!
